This is a blog where i give a blow by blow account of how my three-year relationship with Kotak Bank has been ruined by terrible customer service. I am putting down copies of my interaction with officials of Kotak and their responses. I have now approached the Banking Ombudsman to get my issues addressed. I grew up in Maharashtra and live life like a gypsy. I travel very frequently and get claustrophobic when I am stuck in one city too long
